Postage options: There is a flat postage charge of $9.20 for Express Post or $7.50 for Click and Send (with signature)

Fattycakes sizing: Newborn 2.7 - 5.5kg Small 3.5 - 9kg Medium 6.5 - 13.5kg Large 10 - 18kg
OSFM Sizing: The OSFM nappy is designed to fit children from 4.5kg
Hippy Hippy Snap Sizing (HHS): Newborn - birth-5.5kg

Small - 4.5kg - 7kg

Medium - 6.5 - 11kg

Large - 10 - 16kg

: When you order custom slots from me please be aware that this does not mean you are purchasing an OOAK nappy. If you choose embroidery designs from any online sites then I have the right to use them again. These designs or scene nappies are not exclusive to the one order, however I will try not to make something exactly the same (but I am human, and sometimes my memory slips!!) If you would like your nappy design to be an OOAK there will be an additional fee added to your order. I will then take photos and add them to a folder so I can keep track.

If you have something digitized and then sent to me (as I cannot do this) I will destroy the file after I have completed your order. This will mean that this particular nappy will never be repeated because I don't have the files.

If you provide the cotton for ruffles or a panel, I will send the remnants to you.

: My payment terms are 24 hours. If you pay via Direct Deposit I require that you email me a screen shot of your payment so that I can mark it off, otherwise stock will be re-listed without notice.

: I have a 6 month warranty on workmanship (this includes fabrics, elastic etc) as long as my recommendations on care for your MCN's have been followed. This warranty is for the original purchaser.

: To make things fair for everyone only 1 hyena is allowed per person. Please do not ask for more than that.

Please do not add anything to your cart you don't wish to purchase. I have made it so its first to checkout so that there isn't the problem of people carting items then asking if anyone wants them. If you want to do this, buy the item and then offer it to others. But my payment terms stand.
